Managing your device

When students start in Year 8 at Unley High School, they are expected to come to school with their iPad fully charged and ready to start learning, every day. As this is your device, you can personalise it to suit your needs. However, you are expected to have the mandatory Apps installed and to abide by the Unley High School Acceptable Use of Learning Technologies Policy at all times. Please note, students are not permitted to use VPN Apps at school and, choosing to do so will be treated as a breach of the school's Acceptable Use of Learning Technologies Policy.

It is prudent to only use one iTunes account on your iPad. Whilst it is possible to use more than one, it is fraught with danger in terms of maintaining the Apps to the latest release.

We encourage you to redeem iTunes Cards for purchasing Apps, books and music. These can often be purchased on sale through retail outlets at considerable savings
