In this camp, we covered a small portion of what it takes to turn a seed into a salad. What is the next step? Small businesses all over the country answer that for you. They are the ones to grow and nurture that seed to maturity. They harvest that plant and process it then sells it to you as their livelihood. This is why we should appreciate the local businesses that provide so much for us. Without them, many products wouldn't be available so we should say thank you.
