Undergraduate Transcript: Official transcript (courses and grades) — Required for all applicants.
Master’s Transcript: Official transcript — Required for PhD applicants.
English Proficiency: Official score sheet (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) or a Medium of Instruction (MOI) Certificate — Required.
Japanese Proficiency: JLPT certificate or proof of study — Optional.
Published Papers / Manuscripts Under Review: PDF files of your work.
(If listing papers under review, submitting the Submission Confirmation Email with Manuscript ID is strictly required).
Master’s Thesis: Required if you do NOT have published papers or manuscripts under review.
(Please ensure you have obtained explicit authorization from your previous supervisor before uploading).
If you have already passed the First Screening conducted by the Japanese Embassy in your home country, please prepare your official Passing Certificate (Certificate of Preliminary Selection) for priority processing.

Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview via Google Meet.
Official Admission & Scholarship Support: If accepted, we will guide you through the official university application and scholarship procedures.
