After graduating from the University of Delaware I was hired by Haddad Brands to work in their five month rotational program exploring different departments within their company. Haddad Brands is a licensing company creating newborn, infant, toddler, and childrenswear for Nike, Converse, Jordan, Hurley, Levi's and Crayloa.

During my five months I learned the product cycle within Haddad Brands to further benefit my time in my permanent position of Associate Baby Merchandiser for Nike, Converse, Jordan and Hurley. The six departments of the rotation included:

1. Sourcing // tracked the status of production of our goods by communicating with our factory employees overseas and noting any outstanding issues.
2. Merchandising // created assortments by focusing on style, color, price, fabric, and location for our domestic accountants in order to maximize retail sales. As well as prepared seasonal post mortem reaps to analyze sales from the prior season.
3. Planning // analyzed selling data from various accounts and created reports for our planners and sales people to analyze.
4. Domestic Sales // worked closely with the buyers for specific accounts to build the right assortment to maximize retail sales.
5. Visual Merchandising // collaborated in the creations & development of all Rookie USA standards manual and supported in Visual & Store Design installation for all domestic accounts.
