📹 Live Slack support for 24 hours:
Students will occupy the dedicated Study Jam Slack Channel, #study_tram_jam, as well as #tech_help. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to the two channels for support!
👩💻Technical Webinars:
The community came together to prepare 12 technical activities and webinars to help you strengthen your knowledge in the concepts covered in the Foundations course as well as other fields in Tech to keep the Study Jam fresh!
🎮 Fun, non-technical activities:
On top of a stacked technical line-up, the Study Jam volunteers have planned ongoing non-technical sessions and activities to serve as breaks from studying! From yoga and meditation sessions to Meme challenges, you'll definitely be able to reset from all the technical information you'll be retaining.
🎁 Raffle prizes:
For those who complete the course during the Study Jam, you'll be entered into a drawing for raffle prizes! What kind of prizes? It's a surprize! (😬I couldn't not make this pun )

Do I need to pre-register for the event?
Do I need to pre-register for the event?
Nope! Just show up and pop into Slack or check the webinar schedule (coming soon!) to attend any live webinar. Remember to fill out our sign-in sheet (also coming soon) on the day of the event so we can find out if Study Jam was beneficial to you!
Do I have to stay for a certain amount of time?
Do I have to stay for a certain amount of time?
Of course, we'd love for you to stay as long possible but we understand you have commitments! Plus, you also need to sleep! 😉 For past Study Jams, we've had students who could only attend for 30 minutes but still felt it was extremely worthwhile coming as they received help to get over those last technical hurdles and went on to complete their coursework!

Is participation mandatory?
Participation is completely optional. That said, this event is one that previous Scholarship students have cited as being THE most beneficial, memorable and fun!

They say the best way to reinforce what you've just learned is by teaching others - and there is no better opportunity for this than during Study Jam! Consider also attending one (or more) of the technical webinars to expand your knowledge and learn something new!
