Check your UCSD email securely from home or a public computer:
Open your Web browser and go to UCSD Web Access.
The interface works best in modern browsers.
Enter your AD username and password and click Log on to see your email.
Your username is usually the first part of your email address (before the @ symbol).
If you forget your password, change it.
If you use an email server other than mail.ucsd.edu, contact your system administrator or the ITS Service Desk for instructions.
Go to concur.ucsd.edu
You will be asked to select a location. Select UC San Diego on the drop down.
Sign in with Active Directory username and password.
Go to uclearning.ucsd.edu and select “Active Directory” log-in option
Enter Active Directory username
Enter the password you just created
You will be redirected to the UC San Diego log in page. Sign in with your UCSD email address and password

Input your Active Directory username and password
Your account should be ready in 30 min
Go to https://drive.google.com to log in
Input your Active Directory username and password
Follow instructions on RA Access Checklist, if there are any issues please contact your supervisor as soon as possible and let them know you are having access issues
