Protocol for Duty Switches: All Duty switches must be initiated via the RA Duty Switches Google Form. Each submission must detail a complete two-way switch, including the specific information for both original shifts, and must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start of the earliest shift. The switch is not confirmed until both RAs receive the success confirmation email from tmreslife@ucsd.edu.
Duty Switches Less Than 24 Hours (Emergencies Only): Complete the Duty Switches Google Form and send email to respective ADRLs, RAs, and Kaustubh. Email template can be found below.
