SE Lab Safety & Responsibility Contract

All undergraduate students are responsible for filling out and abiding by the SE Lab Safety and Responsibility Contract.  This form is a required part of each enrolled lab course and the deadline to fill it out is before the lab section during Week 2 of the quarter.

Course TAs should contact Steve Porter to receive the contract results and double-check that each student enrolled in the course has filled it out.

Students enrolled in SE 1, SE 3, and SE 105 must additionally fill out the EnVision Responsibility Contract.
