If you need to reserve a lab room for instructional lab sections that are placed on the UC San Diego Schedule, please coordinate with the SE Student Affairs office which will work with the UG Lab Staff for scheduling labs each quarter.

All instructors and TAs using these rooms must complete the associated Lab Reservation Contracts:

For events and meetings, please complete the SME 145 Lab Reservation Contract below. At the end of the contract, there will be a link to reserve a date and time in SME 145 for your event or meeting. You can review the SME 145 Calendar before hand to see if the dates and times you need are available.
Online reservations can only be made between 8 AM and 9 PM Monday through Friday.
