If you teach a class (grad or ugrad) that will be using SME 143 computer labs (either for class instruction or to complete homework), you must fill out the CINFO form at least one month prior to the start of the quarter . This is where you can specify what software you need, whether it is new or upgraded to the latest version.
Software is removed from the SME 143 computers annually unless requested through CINFO. Basic software is typically automatically upgraded and maintained, such as Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.

The university can only support software requests for courses. If you need to request software for your use in SME 143, please submit a form using the link below and we will do our best to accommodate. Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the quarter for coordination with campus ITS. Late requests may not be processed until next quarter.
