Music technology
Pupils are introduced to sound engineering apps such as GarageBand, through which they sequence their own multi-track pieces.
Composition - Music for theatre
Pupils devise the incidental score for their annual Year 6 drama production, considering mood, themes and textures, culminating in a major production in June at the Senior School's Lund Theatre. They continue to score their composition using Flat software.
Boys also have the opportunity to join the Music Technology club after school on Wednesdays, where they learn how to create pieces and sequence loops with GarageBand.
