Your son may wish to take examinations in his chosen instrument. At UCS we like to assure boys and parents that exams do not make a person musical, but they do provide young musicians with an achievable goal and a feeling of pride at reaching it. The Senior School music department is our examination centre and boys may be enrolled for examinations by their instrumental teachers.
