First make sure the application was downloaded from the Windows Store if possible

Step 1: Press Start+R (Or type "run" in the search bar).

Step 2: Type %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Packages and press Enter.

Step 3: Open the folder that starts with UCRBrainGameCenter.

Tip: If there is more than one folder starting with "UCRBrainGameCenter," you should look in them all.

Step 4: Open the LocalState folder.

Step 5: In "LocalState" folder, choose folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions".

Step 6: Drag the selected folders onto your desktop. From there, you can email to designated address
