First make sure you have the matching cable handy to connect device and computer
Step 0: Follow the methods down below upon your needs
Step 1: Connect your Android Device to your computer.
Step 2: Use the search bar on the bottom left and type File Explorer.
Step 3: Open File Explorer then locate and click onto your device
Step 4: Navigate into "Android" folder and select "data" folder
Step 5: In "data" folder, locate and click into the folder belong to the application(s) of your interest or as instructed (Tip: The folder names for the application(s) typically start with "com.ucr")
Step 6: Click onto "files" folder then locate folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions"
Step 7: Download the "Logs" and/or "Exceptions" folders to your desired location
Step 8: From there, you can email to designated address
Step 1: Download "Android File Transfer" for Mac (Tip: Follow the steps down below if any warning shows up)
Step 2: Connect your device to your computer.
Step 3: Trust your computer to access your device's folder.
Step 4: Launch the app and locate your device to click on it.
Step 5: Navigate into "Android" folder and select "data" folder
Step 6: In "data" folder, locate and click into the folder belong to the application(s) of your interest or as instructed (Tip: The folder names for the application(s) typically start with "com.ucr")
Step 7: Click onto "files" folder then locate folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions"
Step 8: Drag the selected folders into your desired saving location and wait for the transfer to complete before eject and disconnect your devices
Step 9: From there, you can email to designated address
