First make sure your device is on iOS/iPadOS 11 and later.
Step 1: Locate the "Files" app on your device. Try the following methods if you cannot locate it.
Step 2: Open "Files" app on your device and choose "On My iPhone/iPad" from the sidebar.
Step 3: Locate and click into the folder belong to the application(s) of your interest or as instructed.
Step 4: Press "Select" on the top right to choose folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions".
Step 5: Press "Share" on the bottom to share or save the folders in your desire method(s).

Step 1: Download iTunes on your computer.
Step 2: Connect your device to your computer.
Step 3: Trust your computer to access your device's folder.
Step 4: Open up iTunes and locate your device to click on it.
Step 5: Navigate to "File Sharing" on the left side.
Step 6: Locate and click into the folder belong to the application(s) of your interest or as instructed.
Step 7: Select folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions"
Step 8: Click on "Save" on the bottom right to save the logs to your desired location
Step 9: From there, you can email to designated address
Step 1: Connect your device to your computer.
Step 2: Trust your computer to access your device's folder.
Step 3: Open "Finder" and locate your device to click on it.
Step 4: Navigate to "Files" on the menu bar
Step 5: Locate and click into the folder belong to the application(s) of your interest or as instructed.
Step 6: Select folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions"
Step 7: Drag the selected folders into your desired saving location and wait for the transfer to complete before eject and disconnect your devices
Step 8: From there, you can email to designated address
