Amazon Fire

First make sure you can access the mail apps and login to your email account

Step 1: Search and open application "Files" from the home screen search bar

Step 2: Tap on the three dots on the up right corner and select "Show Internal Storage"

Step 3: Tap on the three lines on the up left corner to expand the sidebar and select "KFTRWI"

Step 4: In "KFTRWI", click into "Android" folder and select "data" folder

Step 5: In "data", locate and click into the folder belong to the application(s) of your interest or as instructed

Tip: The folder names for the application(s) typically start with "com.ucr"

Step 6: In application folder, click into "files" folder and locate folders: "Logs" and/or "Exceptions"

Step 7: Once locate "Logs" and/or "Exceptions" folders, long press on them to select the folders

Step 8: Tap on the three dots on the up right corner and select "Compress"

Step 9: Long press on the compressed .zip file to select it, then tap on the share icon on the up right corner

Tip: The share icon is next to the trash can icon

Step 10: Choose "Email" from the presented options, then email the .zip file to designated address
