With various on-campus projects, external internships, and opportunities for further research, I Dig UCI aims to lay the foundation for a successful future in a team environment, whether on site, in the lab, or at the computer.
Students participate in an active research project on campus at "The Farm" (next to the ARC) getting dirty doing survey, excavation, and other techniques for documenting the archaeological record
Students in the Anthro Lab process finds, assist in collection management, and develop exhibitions and research projects using the artifacts from campus.
More hands-on experience at the Orange County Parks' Cooper Lab! Earn units and build your resume as you plan your career in CRM, museums, or cultural heritage fields.
