Student Wellness Sessions
We are pleased to introduce the Student Wellness Sessions, a weekly opportunity to support your well-being and personal growth. These sessions will be held every Thursday from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and we invite all students to attend.

The First Student Wellness Session, "Understanding Self," hosted by Kimean Wray Yuan, was held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, on Zoom. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on self-awareness and personal growth, gaining valuable insights into understanding themselves better.
The Second Student Success & Wellness Session, "Mastering Your Minutes – Preparing for MSAs," hosted by Kimean Wray Yuan, was held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, on Zoom. Participants explored effective time management strategies to enhance their preparation for MSAs.
The Third Student Success & Wellness Session, "Mastering Learning and Retention – Unlocking the Secret of Retention," hosted by Kimean Wray Yuan, was held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, on Zoom. Designed to help students prepare for their Mid-Semester Assessments, the session focused on effective learning techniques and strategies for improving retention.
The 1st Student Wellness Session of the Summer Session will be held on Zoom on Thursday, June 26, 2025, 4:00 to 4:30 PM, under the topic "Schoolmate Personal Accident Plan," featuring our Guest Speaker, Mr. Richard Thelwell. Students committed to achieving their educational goals are encouraged to attend as part of the support services provided to help you succeed.
