Island HT Solutions is seeking candidates with paralegal/legal training and/or requisite practical experience within a legal environment. Candidates should ideally demonstrate experience or competence in the following areas:
Legal research and preparation of legal documents and correspondence
Maintaining and organizing legal files and records
Case-file management and document control
Providing administrative support to attorneys or other legal professionals
Client communication and professional interaction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
A university degree is not necessarily required. Candidates with relevant paralegal/legal training and/or appropriate practical legal experience are encouraged to apply.
