Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and similar applications.

Sales Manager

Description of Duties:

• Must be focused, highly motivated and goal oriented

• Willing to train new recruits

• Team leader and hard worker

• Most set sales targets and review with managing team on a timely basis

• Coordinate and direct field sales representatives in assisting to meet targets

• Search for new business and service existing accounts

• Prepare plan to show growth

Competencies Required:

• Knowledge of printing and printing processes

• Proficient with graphic software adobe and illustrator

• Problem solving

• Market knowledge

• Strong supervisory skills

• At least five years in field experience

• Owner of a reliable motor vehicle
