Proctor Service Provider & Fee Changes
1. We have engaged Meazure Learning (formerly ProctorU) as our proctoring service provider that will provide a full service from the proctoring of exams to the generation of reports after the examination. This service will meet the standards for academic integrity and provide a quick turnaround time for reports ( in the case of any irregularity) the service therefore is both efficient and accurate.
2. Review the video on the process and rules for Review+ and Live+ remote proctoring via the Guardian Browser: (https://meazurelearning.wistia.com/medias/3yeyj6debu). Students doing proctored examinations must download the Guardian Browser before sitting their exams. The use of the Guaduran Extension is no longer allowed. You are encouraged to get ahead of this process as early as possible via the following links.
Apple M1, M2, M3 --> https://production-archimedes-secure-browser-artifacts.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/mac-arm64/guardian-browser-arm64.dmg
Apple Intel --> https://production-archimedes-secure-browser-artifacts.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/mac-x64/guardian-browser-x64.dmg
Students experiencing technical difficulties with the Guardian Browser will not be able to switch to the Guardian Extension as a backup.
Students using Chromebooks will not be able to access their exams at all, as the Guardian Extension is currently the only supported option for those devices.
