ONEcard

Your ONEcard is your student ID at the University of Alberta, and you also use it to access a wide variety of services across campus.

In order to obtain your ONEcard, you will need to be registered in the upcoming term, government issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license or passport), and your 7-digit UofA ID number. The ONEcard office is located in HUB Mall.

If you require after hours access to ECHA, please email the MatCH Administrator at match@ualberta.ca with the six digit number on the bottom left of the back of your ONEcard and the reason you require access.

Your ONEcard can be used for a variety of things: photocopying, laundry services, library, parking, etc.

ONEcard Cash is accepted as payment at participating dining, vending, and merchant locations, (e.g., Bookstore to purchase textbooks, stationary, and clothing) on (and near) campus. While some locations may charge a transaction fee when paying with debit or credit, you will never be charged a fee to pay with ONEcard!

Go to www.onecard.ualberta.ca from either a computer or phone to check your balance, deposit funds on your ONEcard using a debit or credit card. ONEcard deposits made online are available instantly.
