Proposals for workshops, professional and research papers will be accepted starting January 1st. The deadline for proposals is February 15th.  March 15th.

Conference Tracks 

Conference submissions identify the conceptual, applied, and theoretical research contributions on the following conference tracks for both the streams ( A and B) on the following tracks and possible topics:

a) The healing power of the school library: contributions will focus on bibliotherapy; reading clubs; establishing, implementing and taking care of a school library in the loving memory of a pupil (or a school community member), as a way of overcoming problematic situations.

b) Implementing the UN Agenda 2030 SDGs in and through the school library: contributions will focus on the school library becoming more sustainable and inclusive, educating to sustainability, social responsibility etc.

c) Public and school Library collaboration for inclusiveness: contributions will focus on effective collaboration between public libraries and school libraries not to have any child/ pupil left behind; collections, services and activities jointly designed and delivered to meet special needs.

d) The phygital school library for creativity, inclusion and memory:  physical and digital school library’s spaces, places, tools etc. to stimulate creativity, to facilitate inclusion, to testify the memory of the school (Public History, school archives and museums, exploitation of school records, documents, photos etc.).

e) The school library for the STEM/STEAM/STREAM education: research and practices regarding the school library and AI, coding, makerspaces, etc. for STEM/STEAM/STREAM inquiry-based education.
