My team developed this knowledge base to provide clear, step-by-step guidance on using essential instructional software at Manhattan College. The goal was to create a user-friendly, searchable, and visually structured repository that empowers users to find solutions independently, improving efficiency across departments.

By organizing documentation into an intuitive format with screenshots and instructions, the knowledge base serves as an ongoing reference that evolves with institutional needs.
