"Start with the end in mind."
My name is Kevin Kepple and I am a MS graduate in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) from Boise State University. Currently, I am a dynamic Instructional Designer at Texas A&M University with a passion for creating engaging and accessible learning experiences in higher education for the Mays Business School. I have proven expertise in developing online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses that effectively integrate technology with pedagogy. I am skilled in needs assessment, curriculum development, and evaluations to ensure optimal student outcomes. I am also committed to promoting inclusive and equitable learning environments, leveraging innovative instructional strategies and tools to enhance student engagement and success.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, watching horror movies, and exploring AI tools.
As I've been involved in the retail, tech, and education industries, it seemed a logical next step for me to find a program that combined my past experiences into one career focus. By choosing Instructional Technology as my direction, I utilize my diverse background to create learning programs that reflect innovation and problem-solving skills within any organization.Â
Within this portfolio, you will find information about my past work experience, academic accomplishments, and samples of projects I've completed throughout my professional and academic life. Watch Video 1 to learn more.
