My name is Claudia Achilles, and I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) at Boise State University. Although I have only started, I enjoy what I am learning and look forward to using my skills in the workplace.

I have worked in various industries, from retail to the financial sector. I have even worked in a gelato shop, giving out free samples. I recommend you try the Stracciatella; it's a winner.

Over the years, I have learned the most about people. People are the biggest asset and most worthy investment in any company. Great teams can accomplish impressive things with proper training, motivation, and leadership.

I want to help transform companies by creating inclusive environments for all types of adult learners. After I finish graduate school, I will use my knowledge and experience to get a job as an Instructional Designer and slowly work towards a career in change management.
