This design would be steps that allow both dogs to get up efficiently. The stairs would have carpet on the stairs and sides made of plywood to provide traction and a visually aesthetic look. There would be an open space underneath the second step and a flap on the first step to achieve Ann’s want of extra storage. This is built to look similar to the chest Ann already has in her room, so it will not be much of an adjustment with space and appearance. The device is stationary, so it will not damage floors since there will be no movement when in use.
