We kindly ask you read through the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in the cancelling of your booking without prior notice.
Terms and conditions
All guests must be fully vaccinated – a photo of current vaccination certificate or email from their veterinarian, to be provided before confirmation of booking can be made, this is to be done via email or Facebook messenger.
If guests have lapsed their vaccinations, and are restarting their standard vaccinations, guests are not covered until 2 weeks after second dose. this is why we recommend making sure ALL vaccinations are completed a clear month before a guests first day.
All guests must be on a veterinary prescribed flea and worm treatment. If guests are found to have an infestation, you will be notified, and a £30 fumigation fee will be required on departure.
All dogs must be vaccinated annually against Kennel Cough – this must be completed at least a clear 28 days prior to first day of boarding. failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of booking.
All feline guests 7 months and over must be neutered/spayed to board with us.
Owners on site must remain in their cars until a member of staff has indicated otherwise.
On arrival/departure and until they are located in their chalets/collected from their chalets feline guests must be kept in securely fastened carriers. This is for their safety. Poorly secured carriers will be handed back.
All canine guests must be kept on a lead whilst on our premises. This is for their safety.
By registering and boarding with us you are agreeing to let us exercise your canine companion on lead.
All toys, blankets and igloos are to be handed over in a bag. We do not accept responsibility for lost items during their stay.
If your pet develops any illness or condition after arrival which requires veterinary attention or treatment, their veterinarian will be contacted and you or if you are unavailable, your emergency contact, notified and asked to collect them to be taken to their vet. The cost of any visit/treatment will be charged and the additional fees payable on collection.
Illnesses or injuries detected after boarding must be declared within 24 hours of departure.
A small fee of £1 per administration of medication will be charged when guests need medication during their stay.
If guests are on medication at home and owners choose for them not to supply them during their stay, a medical exemption form must be completed and submitted, we will not take responsibility for owners choosing not to supply medications.
We will not be held responsible from any injuries arising from guests sharing accommodation.
Arrival and departure of guests is strictly between 10am and 12 noon daily.
Boarding fees are charged per day. Should you choose remove your canine or feline companion before the end of the pre-booked boarding period, full fees are applicable. Unused days are only refundable/deductible when 20 days notice is given when reducing a booking.
We cannot temporarily reserve a spot for registered guests, bookings must be confirmed. If a booking needs to be cancelled or reduced 20 days notice must be given. Full booking fees are applicable if less than 20 days notice is given.
Last minute cancellations - less than a weeks notice - will result in deregistration and you may be unable to book with us in future.
Full payment is to be settled the day before first day of boarding via bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse a guests boarding if payment is not received prior to the day of arrival.
In instances where the UK government enforces quarantine on returning from outside the UK, owners must have an emergency contact available to collect their feline and canine companions.
We may be wearing face covering for arrivals and departures, we would appreciate if visitors to our facility do as well if they are feeling unwell, unless medically exempt.
We understand there are many alternative facilities to be utilised. However we do ask guests have a minimum of 14 days between rest, between using other boarding facilities, before they stay with us. This is to prevent communicable diseases potentially being passed between facilities.
Booking customers are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
