Fees

Fees are payable the day before our guests first day, via bank transfer. Transfer details will be provided with booking confirmation. 

We kindly ask you obtain your accurate dates you wish to book before enquiring to book. We cannot allow block bookings that are then reduced to less than the original booking length.   

Christmas & New Year Fees

Please Note - Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day are the only days throughout the year we charge double for guests.

Feline Guests

Please note we do not under any circumstances allow guests from different households to share their accommodation. 

Guests must be sharing a home for at least 3 months before sharing their holiday accommodation.

We charge from the first day of boarding, till the day of pre-booked collection, unless their stay is extended and then the subsequent days are charged.  

We do not allow back to back bookings of our cattery chalets, this allows for essential sanitation between guests.

If guests are found to have an infestation, you will be notified, and charged a £30 fumigation fee on departure.

Canine Guests

Sleepover Fees

1 Canine guests sleepover is £40

2 Canine guests sharing sleepover is £60

Cancellations 

We have indefinitely suspended the taking of deposits.

All we ask is that if you do need to cancel a booking, you do so as soon as possible. 

Failure to inform us of a cancellation will result in your de-registration. We put much effort in tailoring our services to our guests needs and appreciate plans change, however we do value prompt communication in such instances.

Please do not make block bookings. we require 30 days notice to reduce a booking, otherwise the full booking fee will apply.
