Arrival & Departure Procedures
We have indefinitely suspended the need to provide a deposit for all bookings.
We understand holidays, breaks and business travel can be cancelled at the last minute, all we require is that we are notified of cancellations as soon as possible.
Please do not make block bookings. We require 30 days notice to reduce a booking, otherwise the full booking fee will apply.
Cattery
Arrival Procedures for no contact Feline Guest for drop off and pick up
All visitors to the premises must remain in their cars until instructed otherwise.
If the yard directly Infront of the cattery is clear, you are welcome to drive around and park on the yard.
We will then invite you to place your cat whilst in their secure cat carrier on the floor, then when you have stepped back we will step forward - maintaining social distance – to collect and take them straight to their prepared chalet.
Any igloos, blankets, or fluffy toys, must be in carrier bag for hand over.
In order to minimise possible contact and to ensure your safety and ours, we ask all vaccination records are sent electronically either via email or Facebook messenger.
Bank transfer details will be provided for payment, although we also can still accept payment via cheque or cash, cash needs to be the correct amount. Cheques and cash are to be placed in a sealed envelope or sandwich type bag, on guests arrival.
Collection procedure – we will bring guests out to you, secured in their carrier and we will place them on the floor next to your car so that when we step back you can step forward to retrieve them. All igloos, blankets and toys will be returned in the bag provided at arrival.
Kennels
Arrival procedure for Canine guests.
All visitors to the premises must remain in their cars until instructed otherwise.
A member of staff will meet you at your car, we will then take your canine companion on your lead into their kennel.
All dogs will have a quick wipe down with animal safe antibacterial solution, on entrance and when going home.
We ask toys are provided in a bag for hand over.
In order to minimise possible contact and to ensure your safety and ours we ask that all vaccination records are sent electronically either via email or Facebook messenger.
Bank transfer details can be provided for payment, although we also accept the correct cash or cheque payment on the morning of boarding, if sealed in an envelope.
Collection procedure – our canine guests will be brought to your car. Toys will be returned in the bag provided at arrival.
