Put on the sunscreen and let’s get busy. Super Water Slide day? It’s on! Dirt to Dish? Consider it done. Tons of fun and summer memories? Count on it.
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Summer Camp for our returning preschool students acts as a bridge to the next school year as we continue to create a nurturing, stimulating, challenging, and supportive setting to meet the needs of our students as they continue to explore the world. The care-free nature of the summer is a wonderful environment for our full-time faculty to inspire in our students happiness, confidence, and independence while developing life skills.
Part of the beauty of summer at Turning Point is participation in Dirt to Dish, where our older students make snack for the entire camp every day using produce from our garden along with goods purchased from our local farmer partners.
Cost: $475

For our incoming Kindergarten students, Summer Camp serves both as a bridge to the regular school year and as a means of exploring and growing at the relaxed pace of summer. Summer Camp begins with our Stepping Stones class from June 10 - 14. Stepping Stones serves as an exciting transitional experience for incoming Kindergarten students. The class offers fun, hands-on, age-appropriate educational and developmental experiences and serves as a valuable in-road to our Elementary Division.
After their morning work, which serves to prepare them for the upcoming school year, students eat lunch and continue into the afternoon as they run and play, make new friendships and strengthen existing ones, and enjoy the fun of summer at Turning Point. Full Day CIT: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Volleyball Camp: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Middle school students entering Grades 6-8 are invited to participate in our signature CIT (Counselor in Training) program. The CIT program builds on the embedded leadership opportunities in the middle school curriculum, in the relaxed atmosphere of Summer Camp. As our CITs work and play, they build real world accountability and sharpen their mentoring skills. This program is a wonderful opportunity for future leaders to gain experience and confidence. Tuition for students entering Grades 6 and 7 is $275 per week. For students entering Grade 8, the cost is $100.
Volleyball Camp is for those students interested in playing volleyball competitively. We work on the basic skills of volleyball, such as passing, setting, hitting, and serving, as well as team-related defense and offense. Everyone is on the same team and the values of hard work and positive attitudes are emphasized. Many games are played, many high fives are given, but most importantly, students walk out of camp with confidence in their skill and the ability to contribute to a team. Volleyball Camp will take place in the afternoons (12:00 pm - 3:00 pm). Students will participate as a CIT in the morning.
