PRACTICE MUST-HAVES
Please bring the following items every day — rain or shine.
Be sure to write your name on everything you bring to practices and meets. With so many athletes, it’s easy to grab the wrong item. Labeling your gear (including bags) helps ensure you don’t lose anything.
Daily Essentials
Positive attitude – come ready to work hard and improve every day
Training shoes (newer/running shoes)
Spikes or throwing shoes (check with your event coach before purchasing)
Sweatpants and/or rain pants (regardless of weather)
Sweatshirt and/or jacket (regardless of weather)
Shorts or tights to wear under warm-ups
T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt
Water bottle - Hydrate all day. Drinking water is key to performance
Bag to carry all your gear
Food or snacks before practice – it’s a long day, fuel your body
