Injuries are a natural part of athletics. It is our hope that we can prevent some injuries from happening and help get athletes back as soon as possible with proper rehabilitation.

Injury communication steps
1) Let your coaches know you have an injury.
2) Coach will determine what step you should take next.
3) Most injuries will be refered you to our athletic trainer.
4) Zoe (Our athletic trainer) will evaluate your injury and advise you on the next steps.
5) This could be:
a) modify your workout
b) Rest
c) Treatment (if needed)
d) Refer you to see a doctor
6) When you visit the training room you will fill out your name and date as well as the description of your injury on the note below. Zoe will fill the rest of this form out and give it back to you to bring back to Coach Kuffel. This will communicate what your next at practice will be.
