Parents please bring the following:
Freshman and Sophomores - A dessert (Family choice)
Juniors - Drinks (Water/soda/Sports drink)
Seniors - Plates/Napkins/Forks
Please do not go overboard. Just something simple and easy to eat.
We will be brief
Snack while coaches talk
Hand out certificates
Hand out awards
Discuss off season workout options.
If you have not turned in your uniform, bring it with you.
Send off our State meet competitors and Clean up.

Uniform Turn In:
All uniforms must be turned in by Wednesday May 27th. Three opportunities to turn in your uniform:
1) During the school day on Tuesday and Wednesday to Coach Anna in the Counseling office.
2) After school at State qualifier practice on Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm
3) At the End of year celebration on Tuesday at 6 pm
Please return your uniform so we do not have to track you down.
OFF SEASON TRAINING:
Athletes that have the best success in track train in the off season. There are several options:
Tigard Youth Track. You can continue training your track events this summer. Contact Coach Greene for more information.
Summer Weight Training - TBD. Coach Kuffel will send out more information as we get close to the summer
Cross Country - Join the cross country team. Its a way to consistently train everyday and they have a ton of fun.
Winter Workouts - We will start winter workouts the Monday after Thanksgiving.
