A Total of 50 pts is needed to earn a Varsity Tigard Track and Field Letter. We understand that lettering is hard and these high standards are designed to challenge everyone to step up and compete. Here is how you EARN a letter:

COMPETE IN A VARSITY DUAL MEET:   5 points 

SCORE IN A VARSITY DUAL MEET: 1st Place = 5 pts.,  Second Place = 3 pts., 3rd Place = 1 pt. 

COMPETE IN A VARSITY INVITATIONAL: 10 points

PLACE IN THE TOP 8 OF A VARSITY INVITATIONAL:  Automatically earn your Letter

QUALIFY FOR VARSITY DISTRICTS:  Automatically earn your Letter

PLACE IN THE TOP 8 OF VARSITY DISTRICTS:  Automatically earn your Letter
