Leadership isn't a title, it's something we continue to develop. The TSTC Leadership Journey is a connected pathway designed to support teammates at every stage of leadership development. Whether you're exploring leadership for the future, stepping into a new leadership role, or building on years of experience, the Journey provides practical resources, structured learning, opportunities to practice, and continued pathways for growth.
The Journey is built around three simple questions:

Built on the foundation of FranklinCovey’s 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team, Leadership Face to Face is an immersive, three-day, in-person experience designed to help managers strengthen their leadership skills through hands-on practice and real-world application. Participants will explore essential leadership practices, engage in meaningful conversations, collaborate with peers, and apply what they've learned through realistic TSTC scenarios and team challenges. With an emphasis on practical application, reflection, and action planning, this experience equips managers with the confidence and tools to lead their teams more effectively.
Successful completion of Manager Essentials and the Leadership Intensive earns recognition as a Leadership Journey Graduate, including STAR Points, a Graduate Badge, and a Graduate Diploma.

The Chancellor's Leadership Academy is a selective capstone opportunity for invited Leadership Journey Graduates. Participants collaborate across the enterprise on a significant Chancellor-sponsored project or institutional priority, applying what they've learned to challenges and opportunities that can create value for TSTC.
Graduates receive Chancellor recognition and a Capstone credential, and viable project recommendations may move forward to an executive owner for continued consideration and implementation.
