TSTC's compensation practices are designed to support competitive pay, internal alignment, and responsible stewardship of college resources while recognizing the different roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and skills across the college.

The Compensation team maintains TSTC's job classification and pay structures, evaluates relevant market information, supports compensation programs, and partners with college leaders and finance to provide guidance and recommendations for informed, consistent compensation decisions.
