Don't miss out on the Wellness Fair on the 28th!
Workplace policies and compliance help create a respectful, safe, and productive environment by setting clear expectations for how employees, teams, and leaders work together. They promote fairness, consistency, professionalism, and accountability while helping ensure members of the college community have access to the opportunities, protections, and resources they need to succeed.
At TSTC, compliance is an important part of supporting a positive learning and working environment for our students, employees, and communities. This includes following state regulations and higher education guidelines, as well as key requirements such as Title IX, SB 212, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, and Title II of the ADA. Through these efforts, the HR CARES team helps support a safe and respectful environment, strengthen trust and accountability across the institution, and foster a welcoming experience for all.
