The Hiring & Recruiting team serves as TSTC’s statewide strategic talent acquisition partner, providing in-house hiring consultation and support to leaders across the college. We work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify strong candidates, and guide the right talent through each stage of the recruitment process.

As a high-volume recruiting team, we manage full-cycle recruitment for faculty and staff, from application review, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer extension. Through transparent communication, trust, and proactive partnership with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Faculty Qualifications, and other stakeholders, we strive to create a positive candidate experience while helping build transformational teams that strengthen TSTC’s workforce and support our mission of placing more Texans in great-paying jobs.
