Teammate Partnerships

The Teammate Partnerships & Campus HR team serves as TSTC's statewide Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. As HR's boots on the ground, we partner with leaders and teammates across every campus to provide responsive, relationship-driven support while ensuring consistency in the application of HR practices across the college.

We build trusted relationships with campus leadership, provide guidance on people-related matters, support teammates throughout their employment journey, and serve as the connection between our campuses and the broader Human Resources team. Through a visible campus presence and proactive partnerships, we help leaders navigate workforce challenges, implement HR initiatives, and foster positive, high-performing workplaces.
