The Faculty Development Academy (FDA) equips TSTC faculty with the tools, skills, and confidence to make an impact from day one. Through engaging, hands-on learning grounded in the TSTC Way, faculty strengthen their instructional practice, connect learning to industry needs, and create meaningful experiences that help our students succeed.
