Use Workday to review your TSTC benefit elections and employee information.

Use ERS for detailed plan information, coverage resources, and eligible benefit transactions administered by the State of Texas.

Making Benefit Changes

You generally make benefit elections:

• when you first become eligible

• during Annual Enrollment

• following an eligible qualifying life event

Qualifying events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, or certain changes in other coverage.

Benefit changes are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable deadlines, so it is important to take action promptly when a life event occurs.

Mental Health & Well-Being

Teammates enrolled in an eligible ERS medical plan have access to mental and behavioral health benefits through their health coverage, including resources for finding care and understanding available services.

TSTC Employee Assistance Program

TSTC also provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as a separate resource for teammates and eligible family members.
