Rewarding Students
During the academy day and in their lessons, students have the opportunity to be awarded with merits for their attendance, participation, contribution and progress. These merits or positive behaviour points are rewarded through our Class Charts system so students and parents have instant access to their certification.

- Achieved 100% attendance.
- Achieved zero negative behaviour points.
- Been identified as being in the top 10 in the year group for merit points.
- Been identified as being in the top 3 in the year with the highest academic progress.
- Been identified as top tutee within a tutor group for PixL contributions.
- Been identified as the student within each tutor group who has most demonstrated the academy core values.
Students’ positive contributions are also rewarded:

- Through a termly reward trip.
