Background Checks
We have two field trips planned for the 2022-2023 school year. We will be going to Kent's Cucurbits in October and the Indianapolis Children's Museum in May. All chaperones will need to complete a background check in order to accompany their students on the field trips.
Background check applications can take several weeks to process. If you are planning to chaperone, please do so as soon as possible. Background checks are good for three years.
