Sept. 29 - Apple Day 12:30-2:00 p.m. - Adult volunteers are needed to help with apple activities

Oct. 9 - Field Trip to Kent's Cucurbits - Chaperones needed
Oct. 16-17 - Fall Break - No School
Oct. 20 - Pumpkin Day 12:30-2:00 p.m. Adult volunteers are needed to help with pumpkin activities
Oct. 31 - Book Parade - Students are invited to dress as a book character
November
Nov. 21 - Turkey-rific Tuesday 12:30-2:00 p.m. - Adult volunteers are needed to help lead a learning game for a small group of students
Nov. 22 - 26 - Thanksgiving Break - No School
December
Dec. 7 - Christmas Program at the Long Center
Dec. 15 - Ornament Day - adult volunteers are needed to provide ornament-making materials and help students assemble them. Time: 12:30-2:00 p.m.
Dec. 15 - Candy Cane Day - Students are invited to wear candy cane-themed clothing
Dec. 18 - Reindeer Day - Students are invited to wear reindeer-themed clothing
Dec. 19 - Grinch Day - Students are invited to wear green and/or wear Grinch-themed clothing
Dec. 20 - Pajama Day - Students are invited to wear pajamas to school
Dec. 21 - Jan. 3 - Winter Break - No School
January
Jan. 4 - Students Return
Jan. 15 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - No School
Jan. 19 - Tacky the Penguin Day - Students are invited to dress like Tacky the Penguin
Jan. 24 - 100th Day of School - Special activities are planned to celebrate the day. (Date subject to change if there are any snow days) Students will decorate a shirt with 100 things to wear to school.
February
Feb. 9 - Fun Friday, 12:30-2:00 p.m. - Adult volunteers are needed to help facilitate a learning game for a small group of students
Feb. 14 - Valentine's Day - Students are invited to bring valentines to pass out to peers. Special activities are planned for the day.
Feb. 19 - President's Day - No School or Make-up day for any snow days
March
March 11-15 - Parent/Teacher Conferences
March 22 - Fun Friday, 12:30-2:00 p.m. - Adult volunteers are needed to help facilitate a learning game for a small group of students
March 25 - 29 - Spring Break - No School

April 8 - Solar Eclipse Day
May
May 3 - Field Trip to the Indianapolis Children's Museum (date subject to change)
May 13 - Field Day/AR Celebration at the Battlefield (rain date May 15) (date subject to change)
