Thank you for all you've done, and continue to do, to support learning! We really appreciate all the supplies that you share!
It's an exciting year for your child! Chromebooks are 1:1 for 3rd Graders and we'll use them often for projects, studies, test taking, research, STEM lessons, Science... and many learning opportunities. Some students prefer an external mouse to navigate easier. Feel free to send it in with your child's name on it if you feel they would be helpful.
Mrs. Huhn is asking for students to bring in an old shirt that they can use as a paint shirt and protective layer when creating.
Pumpkin Project
Thank you for all the pumpkins and tools for our special lesson with our book buddies. Thank you to all the parents who were able to lend helping hands also! Thanks!!!
We're loving our new Chromebooks, but not everyone is a fan of the provided earbuds and the touchpad has been a challenge for some.
Your child is welcome to bring in headphones that they prefer and a mouse if needed.
Our ongoing STEM activities are always in need of supplies that students can access. Those items include things like:
Thank you if you're able to share any of these items throughout the year. Thanks!!
We're building a community to go along with our Social Studies chapter. Could you share any supplies that could help our rural and urban community look more realistic? Toy cars, plastic trees, empty boxes or cans for skyscrapers and grain bins, toy tractors, etc. We'll return everything at the end of our project. Thanks!
We have a future activity requiring toilet paper tubes. Could you help us recycle/reuse them? We prefer the white ones, but we can make brown cardboard work also. Just send them in when you want. Thanks!!
Friday was Dot Day to kick off our Growth Mindset focus.
Thank you for providing all the supplies we needed! We're looking forward to beginning our growth mindset focus with this activity!
Thank you!
Thank you for all of the donations! We had a fabulous celebration to end of our first Writing focus on the 6 Traits. Each trait has been an ingredient on our “pizza” as a visual reminder for the year. Thank you!
