Learning To Do, Doing To Learn, Earning To Live, Living To Serve
A SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) is a key part in agricultural education that gives every student the chance to explore ag careers, develop hands-on skills, and learn workplace expectations. It lets students apply classroom learning through real-world or simulated experiences, building confidence, gaining practical experience, and preparing for future college and career opportunities.

FFA members have the opportunity to attend a variety of leadership conferences. These conferences help strengthen leadership skills and support personal growth through the three-circle model of agricultural education.

FFA members can participate in Leadership Development Events (LDEs) and Career Development Events (CDEs) to build skills and apply agricultural knowledge. LDEs focus on leadership, communication, and teamwork, while CDEs emphasize career-specific skills, problem-solving, and real-world agricultural applications. Both help students grow personally and professionally.
