Maintain Service Agreements appointments, records and invoices
Who we are:
A small, environmentally minded HVAC company looking to change our corner of the world through kindness, education, and implementation of environmentally efficient HVAC products and services. We are growing fast, and need to add an important service administrator to our team!
Who you are:
An upbeat and can-do attitude type of person. A problem solver, and a collaborator. You enjoy people and are able to foster positive relationships between clients, our company brand and our technicians. You are good at understanding efficiency and time management in order to keep schedules and technicians running at their most optimum while considering distance, time constraints and customer needs. You do not need to have a background in HVAC technology, but an interest in understanding our philosophy and services, and an ability to convey their importance to customers. Previous experience with dispatch is preferred, but not required.
Your skills include:
Organization and attention to detail
Multitasking/ability to stay focused and not get overwhelmed
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in scheduling and calendar keeping
Our Requirements:
Customer service background (5 years min)
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
What we provide:
$600-$800 per week based on experience
We are not yet big enough to offer benefits, but are hoping to get there by the end of the year and would be thrilled to offer benefits to our employees!
Due to COVID-19, this position is work from home. We will provide a company computer, phone, and a $50 a month reimbursement for internet.
A new office space in the not too distant (vaccinated) future.
