Service Manager Administrator
A detail oriented person with a calm and friendly disposition. Must have CRM and customer service experience. Dispatch experience is preferred but not required.
Master Technician / Trainer
You are a professional technician with 20+ years of experience in HVAC. You can troubleshoot almost any technical problem from experience. Must have good communication/people skills and a familiarity with VRF and mini-split applications and use.
Senior Residential Installer
You must have long term experience (more than 5 years) in residential installs. Experience with mini-split and VRF installation is preferred, but not required. You have excellent troubleshooting skills, wiring, zoning, and controls experience.
Certifications Required:
- EPA Certification
- Texas Technician Certification
- Valid Drivers License and Clean driving record
Senior Service Technician
Residential and commercial installation assistance. Plenty of opportunity to learn and work on all types of systems as we are beginning to specialize in VRF system installations and repair. You must have experience in residential and commercial repair (a minimum 5 years), experience with residential and commercial installs, and preferred experience with mini-splits and VRF installation, but not required. You need excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Administrative Assistant
Must be able to increase organizational efficiency. Responsible for offering general staff support and to serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones and responding to emails.
Installer
A Service Technician, but will occasionally have to help with commercial installations of VRF systems and RTU's. There will also be occasional residential installation assistance required. Plenty of opportunity to learn and work on all types of systems as we are beginning to specialize in VRF system installations and repair. You must have experience in residential and commercial repair (a minimum 5 years), experience with residential and commercial installs, and preferred experience with mini-splits and VRF installation, but not required. We have a sister company that focuses on refrigeration, walk-in-coolers and wine cellars. We work together on commercial projects and if you are good with walk-in-coolers this is a major plus

Social Media Content Creator
Needs highly competent capability in filming and editing videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and the like, as well as posting pictures and stories, keeping up with engagement practices and responding to feedback.
Install Manager
An overseer of all HVAC project installations. You have working knowledge of multiple systems, wiring, and duct work. Must be proficient at Office suit organizational tools, and CRM system usage. Detail oriented and professional, with good time management and people skills.
Helper/Apprentice
A learning opportunity. This position requires interest in learning the HVAC trade and flexibility in working environments. Goal oriented, positive attitude, and a working knowledge of technical servicing.
Inventory and Book Keeper Manager
Responsibilities include recording financial transactions, maintaining financial records, fact checking financial data and updating financial statements. Must be able to ensure accounts are current and accurate with specialized software, spreadsheets and other tools to track and manage data.
IAQ and Post Inspection Analyst
The role of this person is to inspect 100% of all installations to insure it meets our quality standards and adjust airflow as necessary
Community Relations Marketing
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and people that can provide references and refer consistent business. These business contacts will include real estate agents, insurance adjusters, roofers, GC's and other types of related industry personnel. Your role is to become the local contact for your city. Dallas/Fort Worth is a vast area with many communities who all need friendly access to our services. You are responsible for creating deep and lasting relationships with our clientele.
Commercial Estimator
The person in the position of commercial estimator is responsible for estimating work of particular projects. Must be organized and proficient at estimating cost of labor, materials, and time requirements in order to be able to compute the overall cost of projects. Also responsible for gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to ensure accurate bids.
