Our Requirements:

• 5+ years in the field of residential HVAC work

• Refrigerant system skills including refrigerant piping installation, evacuation and charging of all refrigerant type systems.

• Experience with VRF and Mini Split systems (preferred)

• Familiarity with instruments and the ability to acquire information such as static pressure, voltage, amperage, CFM, etc.

• Universal License (EPA) necessary for handling and installing refrigerant

• Knowledge and skills necessary to perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, belts, sheaves, compressors, motors, etc.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

• Understanding of control systems including wiring, thermostats, and devices

• Clean driving record

• Valid driver's license

What we provide:

• $25-30 per hour, with available bonuses

• We are not yet big enough to offer benefits, but are hoping to get there by the end of the year and would be thrilled to offer benefits to our employees!

• Due to COVID-19, all technicians must wear masks upon entering homes or interacting with customers and clients.
