Final Performance and Self-Assessment

I would give our final performance 7/10.

I am proud that we were able to complete the performance despite the problems we experienced during preparation. The actors were able to perform their roles, the play continued from beginning to end, and we adapted to several unexpected technical issues.

I was particularly proud of how we adapted when the original lighting plan was not possible and when we changed from the physical panels to the projector backdrop.

However, the performance was not as smooth as I wanted it to be. The main issue for me was the scene transitions. We had practised them, but there were still moments when props were not removed quickly enough or remained on stage when they should not have.

The technical elements also could have been better prepared. The lighting, sound and videos created additional pressure because some of the preparation happened too late.

Another challenge was that some planned movements changed during the actual performance. For example, I had to react to changes in where and when the host appeared on stage because this affected the lighting.

Despite these problems, the performance continued without stopping. I think this showed our ability to adapt under pressure.

For me, the 7/10 reflects both sides of the experience: we successfully completed the production and overcame several problems, but there was still room for better preparation, communication and technical coordination.
